Dr. Michael Rowland attended the University of Tennessee, where he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Dr. Rowland is the Medical Director at Rowland Veterinary Services, where he cares for the person as well as the pets they love.

He works closely with his church and looks for ways to serve the local church community more broadly. He has a small farm where he and his wife raise registered quarter horses.

Dr. Katelyn Vogel is originally from the Greater Cincinnati area. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Northern Kentucky University and then continued her education at Lincoln Memorial University. Here is where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and was a member of the Phi Zeta Academic Honor Society. Dr. Vogel enjoys working with large, small, and exotic animals. Her professional interests include ophthalmology, pain management, and integrative medicine. She enjoys educating owners and creating individualized treatment plans for her patients. Outside of work, you can find Dr. Vogel hiking the Cumberland Gap area, reading, and enjoying her time with her husband, two adventurous dogs, and three cats.

Skylar has 8 years of experience caring for clients and patients in the veterinary industry. She attended school at Walters State in Tennessee. Skylar prides herself in helping the clients and patients of Rowland Veterinary Services with anything they may need and ensuring they are given the best possible care.

Outside of her work as the Hospital Manager, she loves spending time with her husband and three kids. She enjoys going to church and being involved with whatever sports her children play.
