Autumn
Dr. Ashtyn Douglas, Veterinarian

I was born and raised in Cookeville, TN. I then attended UT Martin to pursue a degree in Animal Science. I graduated from The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. I decided to move back home where I practiced veterinary medicine for 4 years. I love working with dogs and respect my feline patients. I love how veterinary medicine allows you to work in puzzle pieces until you achieve the full picture. I enjoy the satisfaction dermatology brings once the itch has been quelled. I like the challenge of internal medicine and trying to bring answers to the complicated cases. In my free time I enjoy watching my daughter learn new things.  As well as read a good book or watch a good show with my husband. We all enjoy the outdoors with our Labrador Retriever Aberdeen.
